Annual

Care Champions

Life's End Institute, along with The Hospice Care Foundation, sponsors an annual award to honor excellence in end-of-life care in the Missoula community. This award recognizes those in the community who have reached beyond themselves to support someone at the end of life or someone suffering the loss of a loved one. Ten individuals were selected from a pool of community nominations to be the first recipients of Care Champions: The Tom King Award of Exemplary End-of-Life Care. The award bears the name of hospice chaplain, Tom King, who has long-served in the Missoula community.
